Dispensary Technician or Pharmacy Assistant Full-Time or Part-Time Robina Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse

We are looking for an experienced Dispensary Technician or a motivated Pharmacy Assistant to join our busy community-focused pharmacy in Robina Queensland. This role is available on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis and includes weekend work. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the daily operations of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities:

(Duties will vary depending on your role and experience)

Dispensary Technician duties may include:

Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions under pharmacist supervision
Assisting with dispensary stock control and ordering
Liaising with patients carers and healthcare professionals with empathy and professionalism
Maintaining dispensary workflow and ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards
Supporting the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service

Pharmacy Assistant duties may include:

Assisting customers with product advice and purchases
Processing sales and handling transactions
Maintaining store presentation merchandising and stock levels
Supporting dispensary staff when required
Working collaboratively with the team to provide outstanding service

What were looking for:

For Dispensary Technicians:

Previous experience as a Dispensary Technician (preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A customer-first attitude and genuine care for peoples wellbeing
Reliability honesty and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Experience with FRED Dispense or similar systems (desirable)

For Pharmacy Assistants:

Excellent customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
Reliability and attention to detail
A willingness to learn about pharmacy products and health solutions
