Job Summary
This role is out of our Provo Utah offices.
About the Role:
This position is the main finance support for all financial forecasting for the Americas region. This position supports the regional heads of finance with financial forecasting profitability analysis as well as P&L and key indicator analytical review. The position would work closely Americas regional leadership and support our corporate finance team.
What youll do:
- Support Director - Global FP&A on global forecasting profitability analysis key indicator analysis etc.
- Responsible for some standard reporting of financial forecasting and key performance metrics to management
- Lead budget process for our Americas region
- Support the preparation of incentive targets by tracking and communicating monthly progress towards the targets
- Serve as member of cross functional committees working to improve forecasting efficiency and create new opportunities
- Drive data improvement and automation in partnership with BI team
- Ad hoc reporting analysis and management of projects as necessary
What youll need:
- Graduate degree in Business or Accounting
- 5-8 years professional work experience
- Statistic analytic and forecasting experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leadership skills experience managing others preferred
- Experience leading budget cycle and consolidation is a plus
- Ability to craft and modify financial models (VBA a plus)
- Proficient in MS Excel Word PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP or other financial data tools
- Good presentation & communication skills both oral and written
- Ability to confidentiality
- Ability to work well under time guidelines and pressure
