What Youll Do
As a member of our service team your day-to-day could include:
Diagnosing maintaining and repairing a variety of vehicles
Learning and applying manufacturer-recommended procedures
Working alongside senior technicians for mentorship and growth
Using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot
Performing routine maintenance (oil changes brakes fluid checks)
Participating in training sessions and technical classes
Keeping your work area safe clean and organized
Contributing to the overall customer experience by delivering quality workmanship
What Were Looking For
Passion for automotive technology and a willingness to learn
Basic mechanical aptitude (tools experience or coursework is a plus)
High school diploma / GED or equivalent
Clean safety-conscious work habits
Good communication and teamwork skills
Desire for long-term growth we want someone who sees this as more than a job
