Motor Werks Honda part of the renowned Murgado Automotive Group is searching for a friendly and energetic Automotive Service Greeter to join our team. If youre a people person with a passion for providing top-notch customer experiences we want to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

Warm Welcome: Be the first point of contact warmly greeting customers as they arrive at our service department.

Customer Assistance: Guide customers to the appropriate advisors or areas ensuring a seamless service process.

Service Coordination: Maintain the flow of traffic in the service drive while coordinating with advisors and technicians.

Professional Communication: Answer basic customer inquiries and provide a friendly helpful experience.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the service drive and waiting area neat and organized.

Teamwork: Work closely with advisors and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

What Were Looking For:

Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive service-oriented attitude.

Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professionalism: A polished appearance and demeanor to represent the Motor Werks Honda brand.

Driving Skills: A valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required.

Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred but not requiredwell train the right candidate!
