Salary and Benefits

Annual compensation range: $148627.20 to $168553.60
$5000 annual company credit card for licensing DEA CE and equipment
$12400/year access bonus (paid biweekly) for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
Up to $44000/year additional bonus potential for higher patient volumes
Sign-on/Retention (if partnership eligible): $25000 sign-on $12500 in year 2 $12500 in year 3
Sign-on/Retention (if not partnership eligible): $12500 sign-on $6250 in year 2 $6250 in year 3
$10000 relocation reimbursement
Additional $10000 relocation assistance for parent or in-law
29 days of paid time off (includes CME holidays sick time)
Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
Benefits begin the first of the month following start date

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient-only primary care in a panel-based setting
Manage patients with complex primary care needs
Collaborate with a team including 2 MAs 0.7 RN per provider and virtual triage
Leverage support services like behavioral health telepsychiatry chiropractic and the Maven Project
Participate in quality improvement efforts and care team meetings
Full-time schedule with 5x8 shifts

Requirements

Active California NP or PA license or ability to obtain
Minimum of 3 years outpatient primary care experience preferred
Candidates with rural ties and 2 years of strong clinical experience encouraged to apply
Passion for serving underserved communities
