As a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative you will drive new business growth build long-lasting customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Duties & Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads via outbound prospecting cold calls email outreach & social engagement
Engage potential customers build strong initial connections and grow the pipeline
Understand client needs and provide tailored consultative solutions
Conduct needs analysis and deliver compelling solution presentations
Collaborate with the wider sales team to execute successful sales strategies
Maintain accurate CRM data regarding activities pipeline and interactions
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the full sales cycle
Requirements
Native/fluent German speaker English C1
Additional fluency in French Italian Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
Proven success in outbound or B2B sales (ideally tech/SaaS)
Target-driven with consistent overachievement
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling abilities
Tech-savvy with CRM/sales tool familiarity
Coachable receptive to feedback and eager to improve
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and adaptability
Highly motivated and proactive
