Job Summary
Wayman Education is seeking a highly motivated Art ECT Teacher to join an Outstanding Secondary School in Bedford on a full-time basis from immediate start. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Early Career Teacher who is eager to develop professionally within a nurturing and academically ambitious environment. The school is seeking someone who can teach Art to KS3/4 with the option to teach KS5 depending on confidence and experience.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic reflective Art teacher who values creativity structured learning and meaningful student relationships. Experience and Qualifications
A relevant Art-related degree (Fine Art Textiles Photography Graphics etc.)
PGCE or QTS in Art & Design
A passion for creative arts education with high expectations for students
Reflective organised and motivated to develop as an ECT
Ability to contribute to wider school culture such as exhibitions and art clubs
Salary
The salary for this Art ECT position will be paid to scale MPS/UPS with ECT induction fully supported.
