Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
- Maestro in Training: Instructing Music across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (GCSE) only.
- Rhythm Keeper: Driving high attainment in instrumental vocal and compositional skills with rigorous and exciting delivery.
- Concert Coordinator: Assisting with instrumental lessons running small ensembles and supporting the technical side of school performances.
Compensation & Benefits
- Essential Requirements: Hold or be soon to obtain QTS. Relevant Degree in Music or Music Technology.
- Salary: Excellent salary paid on the national Teachers Pay Scale (M/UPS).
- Support: A dedicated bespoke ECT induction and mentoring programme access to excellent rehearsal spaces and dedicated music technology suites.
