Job Summary

We look for a very responsible and organised person who loves being surrounded by kids and is motivated to work as a part of a team following our Kids&Us Method. We search for someone who can be a teamleader helping our team of teachers to do their job to their best. This person will be in charge of: -Dealing with families and kids (explaining to families how do we work)-Commercial tasks to explain Kids&Us Method in different contexts.-Making sure we fullfill the Kids&Us Method in each one of the stages of age. -Helping kids and teachers in every day situations-Having a nice direct and honest relationship with the families of the school with the follow up of the students so that families are updated on the process of learning of their kids. -Training new members of the team in our Kids&Us Method-Daily tasks in the school. -Organising events and activities in the school and outdoors. We require: -Passion for kids-Vocation towards education-Previous experience with kids-High level of English (all skills)-Time resolution-Communication in public skills- Multitasking person
