Join Our Team as a Junior Project Scientific Specialist
About this role
The Junior Scientific Project Specialist provide platform support in the execution and management of individual compassionate use requests called Out Of Scope (OOS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the Early Access systems up to date following our internal processes and guidelines.
- Populating entries in the systems with complete and accurate information.
- Maintaining and updating the entries in the systems in real time.
- Understanding the process execution according to standard processes.
- Support the organization of key alignment meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Consolidating meeting minutes to share with stakeholders.
- Documents archive and administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in science related careers (pharmacy biology chemistry among others).
- 6-12 months of experience working as a project associate in clinical trials or RWE studies
- English fluent in written reading speaking.
- Spanish/ German or other language would be a plus but not a must - work will be 100% in English
