Part time English teacher at Kids&Us Gembloux (3 year-old students)

For our school in Gembloux (Belgium) we are looking for an energetic and fun English teacher to join our team!

At Kids&Us you will :

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us lessons music games stories ...
• Monitor your students progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong meaningful relationships with students their families and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient effective and professional manner.

We offer:

• Fixed-term contract between December 25 and June 26 (possible to renew each academic year)
• Part time job with extra school schedules (Saturdays)
• Young and stimulating work environment.
• Hours: /- 3 hours teaching hours per week
• Paid online training
• Paid preparation time per level
• Start date: December 25

What were looking for:

• A Kids teacher (3 years old students) with a positive attitude and an energetic can do approach to childrens learning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability (possible to work additional hours during the week as a substitute teacher)
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required
• Student status is a plus

Requirements:

• Experience with young children and children
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 minimum)
• Living in Gembloux area and/or having a car
• Flexibility
• Available on Saturday mornings

Possibility to work additional hours during the week as a substitute teacher:

• Replace absent teachers (sometimes last-minute) in Gembloux and Wavre (During the week)
• Lead Camps during the school holidays (Carnival break Spring break and Summer Holidays)
• Attend Kids&Us events (Fun day Demo day Little chef Braderie etc)
