About the Job

In this role you will support the end-to-end European Go-to-Market (GTM) process translating brand and product strategy into coordinated market-ready execution across channels. You will act as a key connector across Merchandising Marketing Planning Sales and Commercial teams to ensure product launches and campaigns are aligned timely and impactful across Europe.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution - ensuring that global direction is translated into commercially relevant European activation.

Key responsibilities

European GTM coordination

  • Support the end-to-end European GTM process from strategic intent through in-market execution
  • Translate merchandising and marketing strategies into integrated GTM plans across product campaigns and channels
  • Drive GTM calendars milestones and cross-functional dependencies

Cross-functional orchestration

  • Act as a connector across Merchandising Marketing BX Planning Sales Operations and Supply Chain
  • Identify execution risks and ensure timely resolution
  • Build alignment across functions and markets

Commercial execution alignment

  • Partner with Retail Wholesale Franchise and E-commerce leaders to ensure GTM plans translate effectively into consumer-facing execution
  • Coordinate product launches campaigns and investment priorities with commercial needs
  • Ensure consistency across markets while enabling local adaptation

Performance and process improvement

  • Coordinate GTM performance reviews across functions
  • Support continuous improvement of GTM processes and ways of working
  • Drive clarity on outcomes vs. intent across campaigns and launches

About You

  • University degree in Marketing Business Communications Project Management or a related field
  • 57 years of experience in a global branded consumer environment (apparel retail sportswear lifestyle preferred)
  • Experience in Marketing Operations Brand Operations Go-to-Market coordination or integrated campaign execution
  • Strong understanding of consumer brand ecosystems product launches campaigns and commercial execution across multiple channels
  • Experience working in a global matrix organization collaborating across regional and global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear execution plans
  • Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills across Marketing Merchandising and Commercial teams
  • Strong analytical mindset comfortable working with performance reviews reporting and process improvement
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Collaborative structured and execution-focused with strong business judgment
  • Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 15%)

This is ahybrid positionbased in our Brussels office. You will be expected to be in the officethree days per week though time in office may vary depending on business needs.

The expected salary range for this role is 66000- 88000 per year. The amount a employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and our needs.
