Job Summary
Do you have a passion for hospitality and the dream of working in the stunning
setting of the Swiss Alps
Berghaus Toni a family-run hotel and restaurant located in Riederalp (Valais) is looking for an All Rounder/Kitchen help to complete their team
Who we are
- 17- bedroom Hotel
- 75 cover Restaurant
- 40 cover Terrace
- Our kitchen offers local ( Raclette Fondue etc.) and International food
- Based in a car free resort
- Based at 1930 meters
- Philosophy Among friends between guests & staff
Tasks
- Clearing snow
- Assist with waist disposal
- Assistance with the preparation of mise en place for the kitchen
- Washing up and cleaning the kitchen
- Assist the restaurant team with washing up
- Unpacking and putting away deliveries
- General support for the kitchen team in their day-to-day work
- Ensure the quality of dishes and compliance with hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Experience in the kitchen is an advantage but not essential
- Must come from the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Motivation reliability and team spirit.
