• Develop and implement a digital-first product strategy for personal loans- from ideation through development and launch to continuous optimization - ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations
• Create seamless customer-centric digital experiences that drive efficiency engagement and growth
• Redesign onboarding and servicing processes to deliver frictionless intuitive digital experiences across all touchpoints
• Use analytics customer feedback and market trends to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation
• Optimize credit decision workflows and integrate advanced automation to reduce turnaround times and improve accuracy
• Work closely with Risk IT Marketing Sales and Customer Support to deliver scalable digital solutions and ensure compliance

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Banking Digital Innovation or related field
• Experience: 510 years in Product Management with proven expertise in digital transformation ideally in lending or retail banking
• Competencies: Customer-Centric Mindset Digital Innovation Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking
• Skills: Strategic Thinking Product Development Process Optimization Stakeholder Management
