Job Title: RM- HCM Payroll & Benefit Application Support Engineer Lead

Location: Hybrid (19 E Chocolate Ave Hershey PA 17033)

Key Must-Have Skills:
SAP Time Management (Positive and Negative) - 5 years
SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration - 5 years
PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and Schemas - 5 years

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Service delivery support
Business analysis and requirements gathering
Software delivery full life cycle
Ideal Candidate Profile: A candidate with a strong background in HR and US payroll capable of providing application support and participating in all stages of the software delivery lifecycle.

Summary of Job Description:

Support SAP Time Management and SAP HCM On-Premise Payroll configuration based on business requirements.
Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and assist in preparing functional design documents (FDDs) test plans and test execution.
Collaborate with the team during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help resolve functional defects.
Participate in weekly status review calls with the client and internal teams.
Prepare functional specifications for custom enhancements and work closely with technical and integration teams.
Adhere to Project timelines documentation standards and change management processes.
