Required Skills : * Experience with HR Compensation Payroll Recruiting and Performance Management * Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR and Compensation modules * Knowledge of Oracle Cloud is a must with multiple implementations * Knowledge of ServiceNow software * Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel Word PowerPoint Project Visio etc.) * Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three (3) full life-cycles of Oracle Cloud Core HR * Effective collaboration and communication skills as well as an ability to handle multiple assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision * Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to identify problems and determine corrective actions * Ability to prioritize work and promptly resolve or escalate when necessary and/or Compensation implementations and/or upgrades * Implementation of other Oracle Cloud modules is a plus * Experience in PeopleSoft HCM is a plus
