Rate: $75 - $80/hr C2C

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with deep expertise in retail systems particularly in inventory planning. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable This role requires strong architectural leadership hands-on development capabilities and domain knowledge in retail supply chain and inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade Java applications for retail inventory planning.
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Blue Yonder (JDA) is highly preferrable.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure adherence to best practices in software design coding standards and performance optimization.
Conduct architectural reviews code audits and performance tuning.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in system design and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.
Strong experience in retail domain especially in inventory planning and supply chain systems.
Expertise in Spring Framework Microservices REST APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferable skills:

Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) is plus modules such as Demand Planning Fulfilment or Inventory Optimization.
