Job Summary

Job Title: UX UI Designer / Senior Product Designer

Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid Any Brillio Location

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer who has strong command over the end-to-end product design lifecycle - from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate brings craft mastery user empathy and systems thinking designing intuitive and impactful experiences rooted in user needs and aligned with business goals.

You will independently lead design workstreams while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong foundation in UX UI visual design research and the ability to contribute to scalable design systems. You should be comfortable leveraging AI tools to accelerate workflows and design responsible human-centered AI-powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers Developers Researchers and Visual Designers to create cohesive high-impact product experiences.
Translate user insights into concepts flows wireframes and polished interface designs that elevate usability and accessibility.
Build maintain and apply design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across digital touchpoints.
Design AI-powered product experiences with a focus on transparency explainability and user trust.
Create interactive prototypes to evaluate and validate design hypotheses working closely with research teams to integrate user feedback.
Present design work to internal teams and clients communicating design decisions with a user-centered narrative.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and participate in design critiques to elevate the overall standard of execution within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 6 years of hands-on experience in product design UX and UI for digital products.
Expert proficiency in Figma (design systems prototyping collaboration).
Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop Illustrator (and After Effects is a plus).
Experience in using AI-powered design tools (Figma Make Adobe Firefly or similar).
Proven experience in end-to-end design ownership for web and/or mobile products.
Deep understanding of user-centered design interaction design and information architecture.
Strong command of usability heuristics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).
Experience designing responsive and multi-platform interfaces.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present design intent to stakeholders.
