Role: Senior Analyst - Workforce Planning
Job purpose:
Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst in Workforce Planning with
expertise in forecasting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in
optimizing workforce operations ensuring efficient resource allocation and delivering accurate
forecasting models to support business objectives. This position requires a strong analytical mindset
proficiency in WFM tools and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive operational
excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting and Analysis
o Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict workload staffing needs
and resource requirements.
o Analyze historical data trends and business drivers to create actionable insights for
workforce planning.
o Provide recommendations to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency.
Workforce Planning
o Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement workforce strategies that align
with business goals.
o Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on real-time data and changing business needs.
o Ensure optimal utilization of resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and
performance targets.
Reporting & Metrics
o Generate and present detailed reports on workforce performance forecasting accuracy
and operational metrics.
o Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals.
o Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making.
Process Improvement
o Identify opportunities for process enhancements within workforce management and
forecasting functions.
o Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and
effectiveness.
o Lead initiatives to automate and streamline WFM processes.
