Summary:

• Applies an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to plan design develop and verify lifecycle-balanced systems and system-of-systems solutions.

• Evaluates customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements integrate technical parameters and ensure compatibility across all physical functional and program interfaces.

• Performs analyses to optimize system or system-of-systems architecture.

• Conducts affordability safety reliability maintainability testability human systems integration survivability vulnerability susceptibility system security regulatory certification and product assurance analyses to support mission success.

• Develops and manages requirements management processes tools risk and issue management opportunity management and technology readiness assessments.

• Resolves cross-functional technical issues across disciplines.

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance required.

• Bachelors degree 5 years of experience OR Masters degree 3 years OR PhD with relevant experience.

• Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology) chemistry physics mathematics data science or computer science.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in aero integration and verification (military or commercial aircraft).

• Experience in systems engineering and the verification & validation process.

• Strong knowledge of airframe systems aerodynamic principles loads testing GNC (Guidance Navigation & Controls) vehicle management systems and materials.

• Experience with test planning execution and data analysis.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Experience with JIRA PI Planning and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to schedule projects track progress and hold stakeholders accountable.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow up with stakeholders.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
