Job Summary
Overview:
We are hiring an Accounts Assistant for a role in the HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) industry. This position is ideal for fresh commerce graduates who want to begin their career in Accounts. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting work help with entries records and basic documentation and also assist in inventory-related tasks while learning practical accounting skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in basic accounting work.
- Maintain ledgers and support reconciliation tasks.
- Help with data entry and maintaining records.
- Support in preparing invoices bills and vouchers.
- Handle filing and document management.
- Assist the senior accountant in daily operations.
- Inventory management and materials upkeep
Job Requirements:
- Education: .
- Experience: Fresher (Junior level)
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Must have a two-wheeler.
- Work Timings: 09:30 AM 05:30 PM
