We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Representative / Key Account Executive to join our pharmaceutical team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of hospital tender processes excellent sales abilities and the drive to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals. Experience in anesthesia products or parenteral nutrition will be considered a significant advantage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in assigned territories or key accounts.
  • Manage the full tender process: preparation submission monitoring and post-award activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals clinicians pharmacists and procurement departments.
  • Promote assigned pharmaceutical products through effective product presentations scientific discussions and regular customer engagement.
  • Identify new opportunities for market expansion and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing Medical Market Access) to ensure business success.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies industry regulations and ethical standards.

Qualification & Experiences:

  • Bachelors degree in pharmacy Medicine.
  • Solid understanding of hospital tender procedures and procurement systems.
  • Strong sales skills with a proven track record in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Experience in the anesthesia segment (e.g. inhalation agents IV anesthetics) or parenteral nutrition is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel to hospitals and key accounts as required.
