Building Safety Coordinator - Lifts & Legionella

Role: Building Safety Coordinator (Lifts & Legionella)

Salary: 32726 - 40908 per annum (salary offered between this scale dependent on experience)

Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working between our Crossways Business Park office Dartford and home

Were currently looking for a Building Safety Coordinator to join our Building Safety team. To begin with you will join our Gas and Asbestos team supporting them through the winter months until the end of March. From April you will then join the Lifts and Legionella team on a permanent basis.

As a Building Safety Coordinator you will support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator and Building Safety Manager to deliver risk-based programmes of servicing and remedial works relating to lifts legionella and service contracts. This is a pivotal role in our Building Safety team liaising with contractors consultants and our customers to ensure that properties are well maintained and compliant.
