About the Role

Enviu is seeking a Founder in Residence to co-build a new impact venture tackling textile waste in India.

This is not a job its an entrepreneurial launchpad. Youll work with Envius venture-building team to ideate validate and scale a business that redefines how textile waste is prevented recovered and recycled.

You can bring your own idea technology or patent or build one with us from scratch. Youll lead the venture as a true co-founder supported by a global network expert guidance and clear ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and validation of circular business models addressing textile waste.

• Define market positioning partnerships and business strategy.

• Set up operations for collection sorting recycling or upcycling.

• Build partnerships with brands recyclers policymakers and funders.

• Represent the venture externally to attract visibility and support.

• Collaborate closely with Envius venture-building and domain teams.

• Monthly stipend: 2 Lakhs

• Contract: 6-month term renewable up to 18 months
