Job Summary
The business office team always represents the voice of the customer to develop legally compliant profitable robust and sustainable business solutions for the whole of Service Engineering Operations.
Responsibilities
SEO Business Office Analyst responsibilities encompass but are not limited to:-
- Support revenue identification and development through research benchmarking and innovative business delivery models.
- Support of thedevelopment and maintenance of the Professional Technician System and Ford Service Info websites.
Customer Access support and management of Ford Service Information. Key contact between 3rd parties and internal departments like IT security engineering.
Support rollout of new projects especially relating to legislative compliance. Key contacts between legal advisors module programming diagnostic service planning and IT and other departments.
Support of Audit Control and MCRP Compliance for Service Engineering operations working with Team Leaders to effectively maintain the SEO Control files and Business Continuity Plans Org Charts Roles & responsibilities Skills Matrices / DRIM & ROPA data compliance and to demonstrate compliance for internal or external audits.
Administration tasks and compliance service.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Excellent Microsoft skills - Excel Word PowerPointand Outlook.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Works well within a team.
- Drive for Results mentality.
- Willingness to interface and engage with all levels of organisation.
Experience Preferred
- Familiarity with
- Concern reporting systems.
- Lean methodology for critical thinking and problem resolution
- Agile methodology for IT related concern resolution.
- Expertise and knowledge of Ford Systems and Processes preferred but key skills training will also be provided.
