ResponsibilitiesIn this role you will:
- Research and compare industry practices to help identify new revenue opportunities
- Support the development and maintenance of technical and customer information websites
- Help manage customer access to service information and coordinate with IT security engineering and external partners
- Support the rollout of new projects especially those related to legal or regulatory requirements
- Assist with audits and compliance tasks keeping documents charts and data organised and up to date
- Perform day-to-day administrative and compliance work to keep the team running smoothly
