DescriptionThe Finance IT Portfolio organization is currently seeking for a Systems Analyst (SA) to join our global team. The SA will serve as part of a highly skilled global team who drive system efficiencies production support and process improvements for the Finance function worldwide. The SA will work in an Agile Development team that develops and supports enterprise software solutions. Working with both the business areas and the development teams the SA will work on the full development life cycle from project initiation through implementation and post-support.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Serve as a functional and systems expert in Finance business areas including business processes purpose rules logic and data.
- Drive manage execute and deliver audit related requirements and ensure compliance
- Define analyze and prioritize business needs assess risks and perform cost-benefit evaluations.
- Lead projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices including but limited to planning testing training documentation and support handover etc.
- Support production critical issues and continuous improvements including severity 1 issues which may take priority from time to time.
Who You Are: You readily action new challenges without unnecessary planning. You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels.
