You will take on a variety of responsibilities: making sure our services are managed effectively developing our offering monitoring the quality of our work and helping us meet our statutory obligations. With high demand for our services we must be adaptable and creative and you will lead the way.
You will also be responsible for hiring new staff and building a team that can achieve consistent high levels of service. While you are developing your team we will help you to progress your own professional development through excellent training mentoring and support from committed senior leaders.

As well as comprehensive in-house training we support study for vocational qualifications through our Qualification and Assessment Centre which is being expanded to offer apprenticeships and new learning and development pathways. Hybrid working arrangements are applicable to the role this includes elements of office-based working client visits and working from home. You will need to demonstrate you can meet the travel requirements of the role in your application.
