WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An experienced Senior Manager of Product Analytics with expertise in working within cross-functional teams presenting findings and influencing ideas at high levels and working and leading other data analysts.

THE SCHEDULE:
This role is full-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead a team of data analysts providing mentorship guidance and support.
Set team goals prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
Encourage a collaborative and innovative environment that allows team members to excel in their role.
Develop and execute data analysis strategies aligned with Kaseyas product goals and business objectives.
Design and oversee data experiments A/B testing and other methodologies.
Translate technical findings into business language presenting data driven recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Promote a culture of learning and growth within the team.
Create data visualizations reports and dashboards that effectively communicate insights and recommendations.

WHAT YOULL BRING:

A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science Statistics Computer Science Mathematics Economics Engineering or a related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics.
Demonstrated expertise in data analysis modeling and interpretation within a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
Ability to create clear and effective visualizations.
Demonstrated experience in progressively more complex data analysis roles.
The ability to handle large datasets identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
Experience with product telemetry including generating dashboards and insights that inform strategic decisions.
Experience working within cross-functional teams and presenting findings at high levels.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL Python R or similar tools.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts providing guidance mentorship and oversight.
A track record of creative problem-solving and innovation applying data analysis to uncover new opportunities and solutions.
