As we expand were seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy strengthen our pipeline systems and drive consistent revenue growth.

Position Overview
The Director of Sales will oversee all sales operations build and optimize sales processes and ensure strong collaboration between sales marketing and client delivery. This role is critical in scaling our sales infrastructure improving performance and maintaining a high-quality client acquisition experience.

The ideal candidate is a strategic data-driven leader who can translate growth goals into clear sales systems strong team performance and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the full sales cycle to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
  • Build refine and implement sales processes systems and playbooks to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Client Delivery to ensure pipeline alignment and smooth handoffs.
  • Track and analyze key sales metrics to improve forecasting productivity and overall performance.
  • Establish and maintain sales SOPs to ensure consistency accountability and high execution standards.
  • Manage sales hiring needs onboarding training and performance management.
  • Work with leadership to set sales targets define strategy and support company-wide growth goals.
  • Foster a culture of ownership communication and continuous improvement within the sales team.
