Job Summary

As a Product Consultant You Will:

Translate business needs into scalable solution designs across Retail Omni-Channel Order Fulfillment domains.
Contribute to application development and system architecture for enterprise retail environments.
Design develop and configure deliverables for OMS platforms such as Fluent Commerce and Manhattan.
Analyze troubleshoot and resolve functional deployment and systemic issues in enterprise software applications.
Create maintain and lead documentation efforts including technical specs mapping documents design artifacts and test plans.
Develop prototypes and technology deliverables aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
Support the definition and promotion of processes policies and standards to ensure compliance.

What You Bring to the Table:

10 years of experience in IT with strong exposure to retail or high-volume industries.
Expertise in Retail Omni-Channel Order Fulfillment IBM Sterling Commerce OMS Fluent Commerce and Manhattan OMS.
Hands-on experience with Jira Bitbucket Azure Service Bus and GCP Cloud Pub/Sub.
Strong understanding of XML XSD SOAP and RESTful services.
Experience designing and supporting customer-facing applications.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

Guide teams through application design development and troubleshooting.
Document complex technical designs and map functional requirements effectively.
Resolve issues quickly in high-pressure production environments.
Maintain high development standards and deliver high-quality outcomes.
