1. Administrative Support:

Ensure a clean organized and safe work environment.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
Arrange meetings appointments and events.
Manage travel arrangements for staff or management as required.
Prepare agendas take minutes and follow up on action items.
4. Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of administrative policies.
5. Budget and Resource Management:
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
Track expenses and manage financial records related to administrative activities.
6. Team Support:
Provide administrative assistance to various departments.
Act as a liaison between staff management and external stakeholders.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
7. Inventory Management:
Manage and maintain inventory of reagents consumables and other laboratory supplies.
Ensure accurate stock levels and reorder materials proactively to avoid shortages.
Required Skills:
BSc OR HND in Business or Public Administration or any other related course.
