Job Summary
Property Systems & Facilities Engineer London
Luxury 1000 m² private estate with pool tennis court & staff residence
Were looking for an experienced engineer who can take full ownership of a high-end London estate someone with 5 years in facilities or estate engineering confident with HVAC electrical systems pool systems and smart-home technology. You should be able to read technical drawings with ease work comfortably with IT and monitoring tools communicate in English (B2) and Russian and stay flexible for emergency call-outs or occasional travel to the properties in Cyprus and the UAE.
In this role youll oversee the smooth operation of all MEP systems manage the pool and outdoor infrastructure and lead inspections repairs upgrades and contractor work. Youll act fast when faults or outages occur keeping the property safe and running flawlessly. Your documentation will stay sharp logs schematics compliance files and youll support our international homes remotely and when needed onsite.
