Were looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to lead the development of compelling communication strategies across earned and paid media channels. This role is ideal for a collaborative communicator with a passion for storytelling media relations and strategic marketing. If youre tuned into media trends customer sentiment corporate and store event planning and retail insightsand know how to turn that into actionwed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication campaigns
- Lead proactive PR efforts and respond to ad hoc media opportunities
- Monitor media and social channels to identify emerging issues and support response strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align messaging
- Support brand marketing efforts with impactful copywriting for various channels
- Support community engagement and stakeholder relations initiatives
- Assist with event planning logistics and execution
- Manage store-level event activations and sponsorship opportunities
- Provide timely reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across promotional calendars and communication channels
- Maintain and update the Crisis Communications Plan
- Work closely with the Vice President of Marketing & Communications and Marketing Management on high-impact sponsorships and earned media opportunities

- Strong writing editing and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking with sound judgment under pressure
- Professional presence and proactive communication style
- Experience working independently while providing regular updates
Education & Experience
- Diploma or degree in Marketing Communications or Business
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail marketing public relations or advertising
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Experience with integrating public relations and social media for driving business.
- Understanding of marketing and advertising principles
- Familiarity with integrating PR and social media to drive business

Compensation: $57700.00 - $75300.00 per year
