Role Overview
The Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end project execution ensuring high-quality delivery effective stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement. The role requires fluency in English and French strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of project and financial management within a technical or digital transformation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management: Plan manage and deliver projects within agreed timelines and budgets. Oversee scope dependencies risks and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes.
Team Leadership: Lead and support delivery teams applying agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) to maintain productivity collaboration and issue resolution.
Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal teams external partners and senior stakeholders. Provide clear structured and regular updates on project progress.
Risk & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and manage risks dependencies and cross-functional issues. Ensure smooth delivery and seamless transition to operational teams.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine delivery processes to increase efficiency enhance quality and promote a culture of excellence.
Financial Management: Prepare accurate estimates track project budgets and report on financial performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Project Management: Strong experience in planning scheduling risk management dependency mapping and scope control.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams communicate effectively with diverse audiences and build trusted relationships.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues identify solutions and make informed decisions under pressure.
Technical & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of technology delivery financial services or digital transformation initiatives.
Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum.
Education: Degree in finance business economics or a related discipline.
