About Brellium
Brelliums mission is a big one to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. Weve built AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer higher-quality care - starting with the first real-time medical review platform built to fix clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients.
Each year 1 in 20 people in the U.S. experiences a medical diagnostic or compliance-related mistake. Most providers lack the time staffing and tools to mitigate these issues - so they go unnoticed impacting care quality and increasing clinical and financial risk.
Brellium is building the AI-powered platform that helps providers deliver safer more consistent care by mitigating risk early and aligning patient visits with clinical best practices. Our goal is to give every provider in the U.S. the tools to deliver clinically excellent data-driven care - at scale.
Brellium was founded in 2021. Since then weve grown to serve over 250000 providers across all 50 states who use Brellium to take better care of their patients and ensure data-driven compliant care. Were a Series A company with over $16MM in funding from First Round Capital Left Lane Capital and Menlo Ventures.
Were looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Brelliums product.
Brelliums mission is to improve the standard of care across the US healthcare system. Weve built AI-powered technology that helps providers catch compliance and clinical risks before they impact patients. Were early in the journey growing fast and figuring things out as we go which means this role will have a big hand in defining how our product works and scales.
As a PM at Brellium youll work across engineering design sales and customer success to make our product fast reliable and easy to use. You might focus on onboarding and implementation improving reliability and usability or scaling features across new specialties. Wherever you start your work will directly shape how providers experience Brellium and how quickly they see value.
What youll do
Own problems end-to-end from discovery through launch.
Make Brellium feel lightning-fast rock-solid and effortless for providers.
Team up with go-to-market partners to help customers get live faster and see value right away.
Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams turning complex needs into simple product decisions.
Stay anchored in user problems digging deep into provider and customer pain points before solutioning.
Adapt quickly as priorities shift and learn new domains fast to keep the team moving.
Youll be great at this if
You have 36 years of product management or adjacent product-building experience.
Youre a clear concise communicator who can align teams around priorities.
You lead with user empathy and can translate user needs into focused solutions.
You learn quickly thrive in ambiguity and arent afraid to adjust course as we grow.
Youve worked closely with engineers and designers to ship high-quality products.
You balance intuition and data when making decisions.
