This is where you come in were looking for an Office Administrator to join our team.

Summary:

The Office Administrator will be an integral part of THORs Administration Team. The Office Administrator will function as a support system to all departments assisting with reception and office coordination needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Function as back-up to Office Coordinator/Receptionist and USIL Office Administrator as needed
  • Answer and route phone calls as needed
  • Send customer complaint forms to appropriate operating companies as needed
  • Manage schedules and organize meeting rooms
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies
  • Schedule equipment repairs with vendors
  • Manage utility billing for multiple office locations
  • Send reminders for monthly/quarterly items
  • Manage long-term file storage area and Excel spreadsheet
  • Assist Office Manager with projects including seating charts files/notebooks name cards etc.
  • Support departments with various administrative tasks

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • 2-4 years previous office experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
  • Excellent communication engagement and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems
  • Must be task oriented and pay close attention to details
