Position Details:

• Position Title: Part Time Operations Assistant
• Hours: 20 hours or less per week depending on the assignment
• General Location: Duncan SC
• Compensation: $16.00 Per hour
• Facility Type: Industrial Site
• Shift: Monday-Friday Flexible AM/PM

General Duties:

• Conducts facility walkthroughs to inspect the quality of work and safety compliance. All issues will be discussed with the janitorial crew and managed through the online work order system.
• Responds to ALL calls for assigned accounts at all times (this includes nights and weekends if necessary).
• Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; being proactive in identifying and preventing potential problems; recommending operational improvements.
• Fill in when employees cannot make it to work by performing duties such as
• Vacuuming restroom cleaning window cleaning dusting trash disposal emergency requests and many other miscellaneous cleaning duties.
• Standing Walking and Bending will be required for all job duties for the entire shift.
• Must be hardworking reliable customer service-oriented friendly professional and a team player.
• Floor care and pressure washing experience are preferred.
