We are seeking an Information Systems Technician to help support and maintain our virtual and physical computer this role you will assist with troubleshooting provide technical support to systems administrators and team members and help ensure the reliability of our systems. The ideal candidate is dependable task-driven and passionate about technology with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time benefit-eligible onsite position based at our North Logan location.

Responsibilities

• Test OS and software updates/patches in virtual and physical environment relating to software and hardware
• Assist in maintaining computer systems and software applications both virtually and physically
• Following and creating documentation for technical issues and resolutions
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement system patches/upgrades and improvements
• Provide support to systems administrators by executing documented solutions as directed
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and organizational policies

• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance
• Active CompTIA Security CE or equivalent certification that meets or exceeds DoD 8570 IAT Level II (or be able to obtain within a maximum of 30 days after hire)
• Must be willing and able to work 40 hours per week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable with a proven ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Experience helping customers and solving complex IT-related problems
• Experience working in a virtual systems environment
• Active security clearance

Salary Range
$38000- $50000
