HR Business Partner

About the role:

Location: County Durham (This is a site-based role)
Salary: up to 40-42K DOE ( 10% Bonus)
Reporting to: HR Manager
Hours: 8:30am till 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a proactive hands-on HR service at your local site partnering with managers to drive engagement compliance and operational excellence.
Act as a key link between the HR Manager and site leadership teams ensuring consistent HR practices and supporting strategic people initiatives.
