What Youll Do
The COO is the operational backbone of our Investments business driving innovation delivering outstanding client service and enabling strategic transformation. As a graduate youll be immersed in the technology data and operations that power our investment capabilities.
Youll rotate across areas such as:
Investments Technology supporting front-office platforms and digital tools.
Client Technology enhancing client-facing systems and experiences.
Operations streamlining processes and ensuring operational excellence.
Data & Insight managing and leveraging data to inform decisions.
Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams contribute to enterprise systems and work with modern tools and cloud platforms. Expect to participate in agile ceremonies code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Who Were Looking For
