THE POSITION

You will become a critical member of a lean Canada team responsible for growing FanDuel Sportsbook and Casino in Ontario. Through this role you will gain exposure to business operations marketing (content activation and retention) and marketing analysis for both product verticals. You will also work with a wide group of key stakeholders in commercial product technology risk &tradingand analytics.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

We are looking for a teammate who can:

• Research the market consumers and competition to help drive decisions for our sportsbook and casino

• Stay on the pulse with competitorpromotionalactivity (e.g. reporting on competitor in-appoffers)

• Supportoperational executionofgrowthstrategyactivation and other growth team tasksusingsystem tools

• Reportingon key performance metricsandpromotionplanning andexecution

• Support the day-to-day execution trackingand optimization ofcustomer growthinitiatives

• Synthesize data and research findings into actionable recommendations for the leadership team

• Be organized collaborativeand contribute tothe quality and effectiveness of internal marketing operations

• Supportmiscellaneousoffice needs (e.g. coordinating meetingseventmanagement)

Required Qualifications:

• Incollege or university in pursuit of a degree with expected completionbetweenAugust2026 May 2028

• Must be in commutable distance from or willing torelocatetodesignatedoffice

• Must be willing to be in office 3 times per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Actively pursuing a degree in commerce marketing math financeorrelevantquantitative field

• Has astrongGPAand involvement in extracurricular activities

• Proficiencyin PowerPoint Excel and other analytical tools

Other:

• Interestinand/orknowledgeof the gaming & gambling industry

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25 - $30 CAD which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience location business needs and market demand.
