OurAssociate Talent Program (ATP)is an early-career pathway for graduates and emerging professionals who want to develop consulting capabilities while applying technicalexpertisein real client environments. Designed for individuals graduating between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 or with up to 1 year of professional experience the program combines structured learning with hands-on delivery.

Youll begin with a two-week immersive training program covering consulting foundations technical skills analytical thinking and client engagement. Following trainingyoulljoin project teams across Banking Capital Markets Finance Risk & Compliance Insurance or Wealth & Investment Managementworking alongside experienced consultants on meaningful transformation initiatives.

WhatYoullDo

• Research technology and market trends to produce structured client-ready insights

• Support client engagements by understanding objectives risks and delivery priorities

• Collaborate with developers architects and analysts in agile delivery environments

• Create presentations analyses and prototypes using modern digital and GenAI tools

• Contribute totransformationroadmaps operating models and change initiatives

WhatWereLooking For

• Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field

• Graduation between Winter 2025 and Spring 2026 or up to 1 year of full-time experience

• Foundational knowledge of software architecture system integration automation BI or BPMN

• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as SDLC Agile Scrum or Change Management

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications including Excel PowerPoint Word andPowerBI

• Ability to work effectively in collaborative teams at the intersection of business and technology

• Strong collaboration skills across diverse cross-functional teams bridging business and technology with willingness to engage on-site with clients as needed

• Basic knowledge of business strategy financial analysis and process improvement

• Eagerness to learnandadaptability to a consulting environment

• Start date for this position is September 2026

• Ability to work in the office 4 days a week

• Eligibility to work in Canada on a permanent basis

The salary this position is $80000 (Canadian dollars). Additionally this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
