The Role:

You will be responsible for the provision of the financial analysis and reporting responsibilities on behalf of the client in line with contract and support the provision of comprehensive financial services with a focus on quality continuous improvement governance and best practice to the Account team and client.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Manage monthly which includes Trial Balance Balance Sheet reconciliation WIP accrual GST compliance & variance analysis
• Prepare project close and capitalisation entries including input to the Fixed Asset Register
• Manage depreciation accrual processes including asset movement identification JDE journal preparation and coordination with Fixed Asset Register capitalisation workflows
• Support the depreciation annual budget and quarterly forecast processes
• Manage offshore Project Accountant
• Stakeholder management and engagement including support of Internal and External clients.
• Support management of finance-related contract KPIs ensuring minimal commercial impact on the account.
• Support systems implementation and ongoing operations to ensure benefits are maximised for the account.
• Oversight of Ingenious to JDE integration with invoice error handling responsibility of PMO
• Support the integrity of critical data between finance (JD Edwards) and other key systems (Ingenious CAAPs etc).
• Responsible for data quality and governance
• Process makegood / landlord capital project contributions and reallocation cost entries
• Support the Finance Director and FP&A Manager as directed

What you will bring:

• Good interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of client representatives and JLL stakeholders.
• Advanced financial analytical and reporting skills experience in accounting or finance functions.
• Over 3 years experience in budget preparation and forecasting in a complex commercial environment experience of project accounting a distinct advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex deliverables on a regular basis inclusive of month end.
• A good eye for detail.
• Sound written and oral communication skills and the capacity to deal with ambiguity & complex problems.
• Able to think strategically innovatively and solve real problems.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills (ability to develop financial models and conduct analysis).
