Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two days per week. Preferred locations: Plano TX Detroit/Farmington Hills MI Nashville TN New York City NY New Orleans LA: Ashburn VA Tulsa OK
Overview: The SAP RISE Functional Architect will be part of a specialized Tiger Team focused on designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions across enterprise business processes. This role requires deep functional expertise leadership in fit-to-standard adoption and collaboration with technical teams to deliver scalable compliant and optimized SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Lead the design and deployment of SAP S/4HANA RISE solutions for core business areas (Finance Supply Chain Procurement etc.).
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops to capture requirements identify gaps and propose best-practice solutions.
- Develop functional design specifications for configurations enhancements and integrations.
- Process Alignment
- Define target business processes aligned with SAP best practices and organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls SOX and data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Work closely with data migration integration and changing management teams to ensure solution integrity.
- Testing & Deployment
- Support testing strategy scenario development and defect resolution.
- Drive user training change management and go-live readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8 years of SAP functional experience with at least 3 years in S/4HANA and RISE implementations.
- Expertise in SAP Finance (FI/CO) Procurement (MM) or other relevant modules.
- SAP S/4HANA or RISE certification preferred.
- Bachelors degree in business IT Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment models and integration tools (SAP BTP CPI).
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.
