| Job Description: | The Division of Enrollment Management is looking for an Admissions Officer I to support prospective student engagement and enrollment at the University of this role you will serve as a frontline ambassador guiding students through the admissions process and helping them take the next step in their academic journey. Key responsibilities include: Student Outreach - Conduct outreach to prospective students through phone calls (inbound/outbound call center) emails text and other communication channels.
- Effectively oversee the prospective student pipeline to optimize enrollment outcomes
- Ensure compliance with university-wide policies legislative statutes and state regulations related to enrollment issues.
- Record all student communication in the CRM system for documentation and analysis.
Recruitment and Engagement - Travel to and actively participate in recruitment events including transfer and college fairs. Travel is typically during the day but is occasionally overnight. This involves the operation of a state vehicle.
- Deliver in-person or virtual informational presentations and engage with prospective students staff and other stakeholders.
- Engage with special populations and constituents to enhance student recruitment and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with campus partners to offer accurate and current information about UF Online academic programs.
Other duties - Perform additional duties as assigned.
