Job Summary
The Analyst will lead the administration of the various Variable Marketing Programs in IMG / China / US markets. Job responsibilities will include authoring incentive programs ensuring their launch on a timely basis in Vincent application and coordinating Variable Marketing (VM) activities with selected markets and supporting all Setup elements
Responsibilities
Variable Marketing (VM) Program Administration:
- Developing Program & Announcement Templates.
- Authoring Incentive Programs & their related Program Announcements.
- Support application Security Administration.
- Manage dealer claims and reconciliations
- Work closely with the Retail Marketing (RM) Teams & the various market stakeholders to ensure timely releases of VM Programs.
- Ability to understand the suite of application reports to assist the RM Team & markets in VM Program Analysis
- Support the drive for consistency across markets for adherence to IMG Retail Reporting & various VM Programs.
- Support the development of desktop procedures for new markets plus the ongoing administration of desktop documentation.
- Support Retail Marketing initiatives & projects on ad hoc basis.
Qualifications
Position open to SG5 but SG4 and below grades can also apply as Lateral
- Good analytical skill and Strong English communication skill verbal & written.
- Strong Excel skills - both formula and data handling
- Exposure to process automation & related technologies
- Previous experience in application based process is preferred
- Flexible to work in multiple time zones and rotational shifts (i.e Early morning (AP process ) and late night shifts (US process) )
Preferred but not must includes
- Automotive experience including an understanding of dealership operations
- Analytical position with exposure to Marketing in pervious roles
- Knowledge on Retail Marketing & Sales process awareness on Dealer communication bulletin (DCB)
