Job Summary

Summary Of Position
The InterOperability lab is a commercially funded independent testing facility for networking and data communications devices and software. The IOL Operator supports the development and execution of testing services and/or hardware/software testing tools used by our approximately 200 global business partners . The position will assist in managing vendor relations; assist in conformance test execution reporting and result review; serve as a lead developer and/or project manager in order to improve current services in conformance test teams including but not limited to 1588 and TSN related areas. Development will focus on ongoing BitPhyer and Violett software needs as used for conformance testing.

Other Minimum Qualifications
Associates Degree or 2 years of experience in a related professional field Basic troubleshooting experience; ability to respond quickly and isolate basic issues occurring during test services. Ability to work both independently and as a team member. Effective oral and written communication skills. Basic experience creating technical documents

Additional Job Information
This position will supervise UNH student employees and provide mentorship to them in the performance of their roles.
