About the Role

We are looking for a Podcast Content Creator to conceptualize script and produce engaging episodes that amplify Innovaccers voice in healthcare transformation. If youre passionate about storytelling through sound and can blend creativity with strategy youll thrive in this role.

A Day in the Life

• Develop podcast content strategy aligned with Innovaccers brand and marketing goals.
• Research topics create episode outlines draft scripts and prepare interview questions.
• Collaborate with hosts guests and production teams to execute each episode smoothly.
• Write compelling show notes summaries and promotional copy for digital platforms.
• Stay abreast of podcasting trends storytelling techniques and emerging content formats.
• Support post-production activities including editing guidance sound quality review and feedback integration.
• Track listener engagement metrics and recommend improvements to enhance reach and audience experience.

• Bachelors degree in Journalism Communications Media Studies or related field.
• 23 years of experience in podcast production audio storytelling or branded content creation.
• Strong writing and narrative-building skills with a good sense of pacing and structure.
• Familiarity with podcasting tools and platforms (Audacity Descript Adobe Audition Spotify for Podcasters etc.).
• Excellent coordination communication and project management abilities.
• Understanding of social media and digital content promotion.
• Someone who gets joy out of simplifying complex topics without dumbingthem down.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience hosting scripting or producing podcasts in the tech or healthcare domain.
• Creative storytelling mindset with the ability to identify guest opportunities and trending topics.
• Basic audio editing or production knowledge is a plus.
