• As a subject matter expert in Personal Injury you will be instrumental in shaping our offering and ensuring LEAPs position as the best Personal Injury software solution in the UK market.
• Alongside the Head of Personal Injury you will identify opportunities for future development and content projects to enhance the end consumer experience developing initiatives to improve usage engaging with customers and other stakeholders to source feedback and reporting KPIs to the team.
• Permanent Full-time hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Meet the Personal Injury & Customer Success teams
Working in Personal Injury means staying at the top of your game. This role is ideal for someone who believes custom technology and AI can drive that success. Youll join LEAPs new Personal Injury vertical helping build tailored products and services for practitioners. As a tech-savvy collaborator who loves improving and innovating youll work with Product Owners Developers and Specialists to create cutting-edge solutions for the Personal Injury field.

Within our Client Success team youll act as a trusted LEAP expert onboarding training and supporting clients to get the most from our software. Through hands-on face-to-face guidance youll give clients the confidence to use LEAP effectively and focus on what they do best.

Youll also work closely with our marketing sales and renewal teams to ensure our products and message align with client needs making a real impact from day one to business as usual.

What youll do

• Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of LEAP Personal Injury & its companion products.
• Promote use of LEAP Personal Injury products & drive adoption in Personal Injury.
• Shape the product development of software in Personal Injury.
• Report on in-depth competitor analyses in the areas of Legal Technology.
• Ensure LEAPs processes comply with up-to-date legislation within Personal Injury.
• Research forms legislation and legal processes relevant to the criminal jurisdiction.
• Identify the need for schedule & conduct onsite/remote visits & training sessions.
• Attend industry events to speak with existing customers.

What youll bring

• 3-5 years experience working within Personal Injury with experience in all aspects of Personal Injury.
• Up-to-date specialist knowledge of the law and legal system and relevant experience of handling a wide range of cases.
• Experience with case management systems.
• An understanding of the small law firms culture & expectations.
• A passion for technology.
• Budgeting skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal); skilled in dealing sensitively with clients.
• Completed a degree or equivalent qualification.
