We are looking for a Sales Associate/Ops specialistfor a permanent position full-time in our Salomon Store in Covent Garden London. 

Your role 

To perform this job successfully you will: 

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills sales techniques and Salomon product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drives sales 
• Accompany and advise customers in order to provide them with a high-level customer experience propose complementary products (additional sales) 
• Be proficient in Sales Techniques andthe Digital Tools available in store in order to provideoutstanding customer service 
• Be responsible for opening and closing the store
• Assist in protecting company assets and procedures through promoting loss prevention and ensure that the stockroom is clean and well-organized 
• Be confident at cash handling 
• Master standard operating procedures health and safety guidelines visual merchandisingand community marketing principles 
• Be a brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture 

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in an Operations role in Retail
• You loveinteracting with people and sharing your enthusiasm with the team 
• Passionand knowledgeofSalomons core sports 
• Team player 
• Hands on approach with a strong willingness to learn 
• Flexibility to work a schedule that can includeevenings weekends and holidays
